We have just launched a new service for the all Diet Clubs in the area. We run fortnightly evenings giving advice and demonstrations on how to cook well and within the diet requirements, with a variety of ingredients. Most people on a diet end up getting bored with the types of food they eat. This is generally because they pick up meals that have calories etc listed and are not sure what they can or cannot make. We offer advice on how to keep within the diet but at the same time eating healthy, nutritional and tasty meals, that the whole family can enjoy!
