For years now we have been researching various diets and the nutritional value they give you. We have taught many people to cook and eat healthily whilst on a diet, but at the same time keeping food interesting. What we have found is, the vast majority of diets have you eating foods that are pretty bad for you, either laden with sweeteners or other preservatives or additives. What we are trying to do is, teach people to cook a healthy balanced diet and at the same time keep it fun and interesting.
